OURSERVICES FOUR WAYS IN

From a single conversation about one room to a full plan for several, each service starts with the room as it is.

how we
work

Design services

Pick the service that fits the size of the change. Many people begin with a consultation and decide on the rest afterwards, and nothing more is agreed until you have a written price.

Room
Consultation

One room, one conversation, and a written list of what to change first.

Full Room
Design

A plan to scale, a color and material scheme, and a list of what to buy.

Lighting
Plans

Where the light comes from at each hour, and what to add so the room works after dark.

Styling &
Refresh

For rooms that work but feel tired: rearrange, add a few pieces and finish.

01 - Room consultation

Room
Consultation

A video call or a visit to walk through a single room. You tell us what is not working; we look at the layout, the light and the things you want to keep, and afterwards send a short written list of changes in the order we would make them.

What you come away with

  • A walk-through of one room with a designer
  • A written list of changes, in order
  • Suggestions for what to keep, move or let go
A mood board pinned with a photograph, a written note and paper samples
02 - Full room design

Full Room
Design

For a room, or several, that needs rethinking from the floor up. We measure, draw the layout to scale, put together the colors, materials and furniture, and give you a list of what to buy and where. A designer stays with you through each decision.

What you come away with

  • A measured floor plan and furniture layout
  • A color, material and fabric scheme
  • A shopping list you can buy from directly

03 - Lighting plans

Lighting
Plans

A room can be well furnished and still badly lit. We map the daylight, then plan the layers that take over when it fades: a light for the whole room, lights for reading and working, and the softer ones that give the evening its mood.

What you come away with

  • A plan of the light at each layer
  • Positions and heights for lamps and fittings
  • Bulb color and dimming for each one
A shelf corner styled with plants, baskets and small ceramics
04 - Styling and refresh

Styling &
Refresh

When the bones of a room are right and it simply feels tired, a refresh is often enough. We rearrange what you own, suggest a handful of new pieces, and finish the room with textiles, art and plants.

What you come away with

  • A new arrangement of the furniture you own
  • A short list of pieces to add
  • Textiles, art and plants to finish the room

From first
call to final room

The process

Every room goes through the same four stages, whether it takes an afternoon or a season. You know what comes next at each one.

  1. 01

    Talk

We hear about the room: what happens in it, what is not working and what you want to keep.

  2. 02

    Measure

A floor plan to scale, photographs and a note of the light at different times of day.

  3. 03

    Design

The layout, the colors and materials, the lighting, and a list of what to buy.

  4. 04

    Finish

Pieces arrive and go into place, then we walk through the finished room with you.
